Effectiveness Training

GEMS provides Effectiveness Training to develop individual and groups skills and insights on how and when to talk and how and when to listen. Effectiveness training makes for effective personal and professional interaction, win/win conflict resolution, and consensus decision-making. At the same time, effectiveness training increases emotional and social harmony and competence. We specialize in three areas of training:

Effectiveness Training for Personal and Professional Development,
Effectiveness Training for Teachers and Schools (T.E.T.), and
Youth Effectiveness Training (Y.E.T.).

We take the course on-site to your school or organization, and customize it to your needs. Participants who successfully complete the 30-hour Effectiveness Training Courses (18 hours for Y.E.T.) are awarded Effectiveness Training Certificates from Gordon Training International (GTI), a world-renowned human relations training company (www.gordontraining.com). GTI is the home of Parent Effectiveness Training (P.E.T.) and Leader Effectiveness Training (L.E.T.). It was founded by Dr. Thomas Gordon, a Nobel prize nominee.
